Default Universal joint spider assembly

This packaged universal joint is in my stock of parts. I list it here for reference.

The package lists:
Part No C010 7079
Univ joint s . . . .

I looked for 7079 in my F15A-01 Illustrated Parts List, and found under the "Transmission" section:
Part Number: C01T-7079
Part Name: Spider - universal joint assembly - complete

As the package lists C010 and the parts list C01T, I'm not sure this universal joint fits the F15A.

7079 is the generic Ford number for a complete universal joint, but under the "Driveshafts" section, the Uni's are listed as components, ie the spider (number 7084) and 4 bearing caps (number 7074).
C01Q-7084 Spider is used with 4 09B-7074 bearings is used at the rear driveshaft axle end. Could C01Q-7079 be the complete assembly of C01Q-7084 and 09B-7074?

I cannot see a listing in any of the Ford books for a C01Q-7079 assembly. Note that there are no Ford parts prefixes C01O.
