Default Early Jeep tales.......

Hi there

Going over some notes I made from the 4 PLDG War Diary:

"8 May 1942. 5-cwt Blitz Buggy drawn from Bordon. Gen. Pearkes and CO attempt to out-do each other in cross country performance"

"14 May 1942. CO discovers a ditch the blitz buggy won't cross"

"17 June 1942. Col. Foster attends T.E.W.T. at 1st Division HQ in his 'JEEP'.

Could the Blitz Buggy be one of the 6 early Ford GP's drawn by the Canadian Army?

Note how a little more than a month after issue, the Blitz buggy is now a Jeep! Unless it was another vehicle?

Steve
