Bonnet Numbers

I am in the process of trying to sort out some semblance of correct markings etc for my FGT. Are records as sparce for Canadian vehicles as they are for UK ones(I realise there was crossover) for vehicle history/ bonnet numbers.

The chassis number I have on the door of the vehicle is 173745 and engine number 46-26827-F with a build date of 31 Jan 1944.

In addition to this there is a RCEME rebuild plate on the engine dated 5/5/53 for workshop 204 Engine number 5434.

Any help would be appreciated
