Default restoring a M37

Hello from Brighton, Ontario.

I am new to this and I think I must have put my original message on the wrong forum, because I can't even find it ... oh well, here goes again.

I bought a 1955 M37 3/4 ton a couple of weeks ago and am presently trying to get it certified at the garage. If anyone knows a place where parts can be obtained for this model ( ie: rear anxle seals ) muffler, etc. I would be most grateful. I am quickly realizing that this is going to be an expensive hobby.

All of that said. I do wish to eventually have this in good enough condition to go to truck and military vehicle shows, Remembrance Day parades, and take old Army Vets out for a spin and a Tim's coffee to show our appreciation for what they have sacrificed in the name of Freedom.

Sincerely,
Richard Hamilton, RCMP ret and former PPCLI
