By "Body Part", do you mean the cab panels, or the rear bodywork?

Ford and Chev cabs share very little in common in the way of sheetmetal panels, although some parts will interchange, eg Doors, seats, cab roofs.

The rear body work is a different story, with both chassis having the same dimensions, so all GS bodies, "House" bodies and even Gun Tractor bodies will interchange

OK
So if i have a f-15a ford and a Chev C15A the cab is not the same like the roof and hood etc...
I have a some F15A part that is good and order part from a Chev C15A that is not the same that is good
And i could use the F15A metal bed box i could put that on my C15A Chev

I take it you have a Chev that you want to use Ford body parts on. You'll have to use the basic Chev cab since the engine compartments are a different shape and that means the floor panels and engine dog house are different.
The windshield and roof and doors and seats are likely interchangeable although there may be minor differences. As for the front sheetmetal and fenders you'll have to compare them side by side to see what will work.
The boxes are identical whether on a Chev or a Ford so no problem there.
