.30 cal Browning mount - British
Would anyone have one of these mounts or a variant for sale?
They seem to come with and without the remote firing arm. Thanks Doug

I think Tim Vibert has them listed for sale on his website.
The one pictured is the late 1960s modified version to better support the M19A1 liner. The original version of the No.5 Mk.1 or the No.7 Mk.1 was designed to take the M1A1 liner of WW2 vintage. Mike |

Hi Doug
The No.5 Mk.1 is the same (and interchangeable) with the No.7 Mk.1 except for the thread type used in construction. From memory, one is BSF, the other UNF, but I'd have to check that. Both were available in Aust in the latter stages of Centurion's service. Mike |
