Kevin, no idea on shipping yet.
The one for sale comes with tub, front glacis, double bogeys+wheels, single bogetys+wheels. some cut down front armour, includes the front curved bit that goes around the steering box, steering box and steering wheel, all pedals I think !, rear diff, and another axel as one in it has been cut. No other top armour and no tracks.
