Default Year of the Armoured Car

Is at last imminent!

Today we burnt our first test copy of the PAL version and if all goes well it will be available in a week.

The NTSC version will follow soon.

I have orders from a number of people and these will be filled first, but if you haven't ordered yet, I'll soon set up an order form on my site. I'll also have Paypal by then. In the meantime please feel free to email or send me a PM.

It contains the main program, 55 minutes, and about 20 minutes of special features including an interesting interview with Mike Cecil on the process of documenting your restoration.

My email is keith dot webb at imagecontrol dot com dot au. You know the drill!

Keefy do you do these things as a DVD I can play in my computer CD thingy-me-bob?

Being a cash poor Queenslander (who is rich in friends though) I don't own a DVD player....yes I do have a Video tape player but the wife hogs that (LOL she doesn't really )!It's just easier for me to sit at the 'puter and watch it is all. Would'nt mind the CMP one that way either if it is availiable.

Cheers
Cliff

PS> and being cash poor don't mean I want a free copy either

Default Computer

The DVD will play in a computer with a DVD drive but not a CD-ROM drive. sorry, Cliff. The good news is DVD players can be bought new for under $50 and probably for even less second hand.
I do have copies of all the others in the series. If there's enough interest I can make another batch too.

Thanks Keith. I will be looking at a new computer sometime next year so I may look at a DVD drive for it then.

I have also been thinking about getting a cheaper DVD player as well so maybe early next year will see it got.

Thanks
Cliff

Default YOTAC

Hi Keith,
Somewhere else on this forum was mentioned the DVD may contain a bit from the Melbourne tank museum auction. Is that right? And if so how long will the bit be?
Looking forward to it. It will go next to my copy of YOTC.
Regards.

Default MTM auction

There's a short (about 5 min) segment as an extra feature on the Melb Tank Museum.

Also John Belfield features in the main program where we take a look at his LP4, Dingo, Lynx and Ferret.

Default Year of the armoured car

OK everyone, the DVD is now shipping in PAL and NTSC DVD.

Price in $A is $35 including packaging and postage, or A$40 for international orders, including p&p.

For orders, please contact sarah at imagecontrol.com.au with the at replaced with @ and no spaces.

The Year of the Carrier is still available in PAL and NTSC; the others are PAL only (sorry!). If there's enough interest I'll make a NTSC version of the Year of the Blitz.

Default DVD

Hi all
We have our copy and Ada & I wattched it last night. Once again a brilliant production with very interesting narration by Mike Cecil. With all our friends through Corowa it is almost like a family movie. Although Ada doesn't say too much about this hobby, I am amazed at the amount of knowledge she has picked up along the way, especially whilst watching Keefy's productions.

A recommended buy.

Salesman Bob

BTW I get nothing for this, I had to pay for it.

Default It's arrived

At last, finally got my hands on a copy. Haven't watched it all yet ( busy night tonight) but I did see my fat head in the crowd at the Melbourne tank auction extra.
As Bob said, top notch production, recommended buy.
