Default ID of vehicles in Greek service

Hello to all,

Ihope everybody is having an enjoyable holiday season,

These two photos appeared in the Greek magazine Panzer and were credited to a Th. Valmas. They show a commandeered van and a Greek Gendarmerie m/c combo at the start of WWII.

I believe the van is a Ford and the motorcycle a Harley, but as others are more knowledgeable than I am, I would appreciate your feedback.

You are correct on the van, it is a Model A Ford. I assume it was supplied as a chassis/cowl as the windscreen and body are definitely not American pattern. Probably bodied in Greece.
As to the motorbike, I am not good at type of vehicle so will leave it to the experts. I do believe it is American, Harley, Indian or whatever.
A very Happy New Year to you.
Bill
