Default Norm Cromie 1921-2011

Hi All,

Have just heard the sad news Norm Cromie, 48th Highlander, who was a MLU member passed away December 27th, 2011.

Norm was an active poster on MLU up to early 2009.

Our sympathy goes out to Norm's family.

Rest in Peace.

Sad news indeed...I had wondered, from time to time, what had happened to him.

Sorry to hear about Norm passing away. But his ticket was up, 't was time to join his fellow 48th Highlanders who passed away before him.

I invite our membership to re-read Norm's postings, dating back to September 2003. He was active on this forum till September last year. MLU highly values his input on this forum.

Rust in vrede, Norm!

Best regards,
Hanno

Very sad news indeed...

I had the honor to meet Norm in his home a few years ago when I was in the US.
He was truly a great man with a big and kind heart.

His war-experience never left his thoughts and he was glad to meet people through the MLU forum to share his stories.

Our sympathy goes out to Betty, their children and family

RIP Norm Cromie
