strange part.
I would guess that it is not carrier related. to be more certain are the threads English or C.S.A.? If they are C.S.A. then definitely not carrier. If metric not carrier either.

Hi, have now i.d. this part from Nigel Watsons book Vol 2, pre modifield spare wheel support bracket top piece, Mk2 carrier.

Well done Kevin,just goes to show hang on to all the bits and pieces you find as they might be carrier,i found all sorts of brackets etc in my LP2A,no idea if they are carrier but i put them away for later on anyway.
