Updraft carburetor and shift lever suggest a COE application. This is consistent with the frame brackets.
221/239/257/286 seem to have been an earlier family of GMC engines (approx. mid 30s?), before the 228/248 and 256/270/302 families
Some other parts in the photos look similar in design to their CMP counterparts.
