Reg Hodgson's Staghound
Hi,
Hanno Spoelstra posted the www.virtualmuseum.ca on the Post-war Military Vehicles Canadian Ferrets Forum I check the site and found a photo of Reg Hodgson's Staghound, when it was still owned by the army. http://www.virtualmuseum.ca/pm.php?i...d=188349&hs=0# This is a Staghound armoured car, used by the recce troop of an armoured squadron. 1957 (?) Glenemma Range, Glenemma, BC, Canada

Reg Hodgson's Staghound
Photo of Reg's Staghound CAR 82-974,
that was taken on Dec 14, 1983. The Staghound was with the BC Dragoons in the 1950s. Reg's Staghound was sold surplus from the Canadian Army in the early 1960s at Whitehorse in the Yukon and purchased by a friend who brought it back to Edmonton. Regards, Al

Hmmm....interesting. Reg Hodgson's name came up in a conversation with someone from the LDSH Restoration Team.
