Default AMR radio set

Apparently some of these Australian made wartime receivers have turned up in the USA. https://www.antiqueradios.com/forums...p?f=5&t=420016

AWA in Sydney built these AMR sets for the US Signal Corps. during WW2. The example pictured is in the USA.

I immediately recognize those horrible brown AWA capacitors and the green chassis finish.

The manual is online https://www.tuberadio.com/robinson/Manuals/AMR100.pdf

Default AT-21 Transmitter

Another wartime AWA set, the AT21 transmitter , also made for the US Signal Corps. The whole set was finished in green.

I had one of these and it performed rather well.
