Default Book: "Canadian Armour in the Italian Campaign, 1943-1945"

Hi,
I own a copy of "Canadian Vehicle Markings of WWII," but it doesn't have the info I require. I am looking for vehicle names, ie. Bert or Apache assigned to Shermans of the Calgary Tanks and other regiments (TRR and OntR) of its parent Armoured Brigade.
I thought that the book, "Canadian Armour in the Italian Campaign, 1943-1945," might be the best source for this info. Is this privately published source still available? I have tried a few email addresses, but without any luck. Is there another source anyone could recommend?
My interest stems from my days in the KOCRs in the 1990s and that I like Shermans.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the replies. I'll try to get a hold of him through the site. Thanks for the links. Does anyone know the source of this info if I can't talk to the author? Is the source the National Archives in Ottawa?

Thanks again,

Mike
