Default New Tilt for Loyd

Hi i have just taken delivery of my new canvas that Jim at Alied canvas made for me and it looks really nice but i am missing the springs that went from the front light brackets i have the leather straps that Jim has made i looked the part number up i think its G508 Doses any body know were i can get the spring tenstioners from please?

Hi Richard, can’t help with the details of the springs but found this pic with remains of the frame.

Default tilt springs

I have no luck finding any on inter net so went back to my parts box that Paul visser gave with the Loyd and after 15min i found one in good nick but only one so was able to get some thing similar from Lee spring on the net. have a look at pictures

Hi Kevin
Great photos i have seen the one on the railway but not the others really good, I have now sorted the leather strap fixings found an original fixing and copied with new springs. 6bdr all shot blasted and primed, looking for new tyres 8.25

Look what i found what i believe to be the springs that attach the fron straps on the hood of the loyd carrier
