Default GM C15TA help needed

Hi everyone,

I wonder if any TA owner would be willing to help us with some information that we need to continue in our C15TA restoration project. We are particulary looking for following:

dimensions of front and rear mudguards (simple drawing)
dimensions of the large boxes above rear mudguards (simple drawing)
photo detail of hinges and locks of the steel boxes in the floor
dimensions of individual floor parts and their fixing (preferably with a simple drawing)
photo detail of the part above front doors (our TA had an extension which we had to cut off, and need reconstruct the part above the cockpit and doors)
detailed photo of windscreen frames
photo + dimensions of the tube arches for canvas

Thanks in advance for any help

Dusan

Default TA restoration

Hello Barry,

thank you for your precise Czech language message. I suppose
you had a visit from Czech Republic recently. I have been on holiday and
just returned and going through new threads.
The restoration of our TA goes on a bit slow now as there were
holidays etc, but will continue working on it soon. We have added new front
mudguards (follow Radeks link) and have metal sheets cut and prepared to make the rear side boxes together. We got the meassurements with photos from James. He was
very helpful. Thanks James. I will try to put a restoration report on the MLU forum when I get a chance.
As a matter of fact I would take your Czech word and would like to ask you for some photos and meassurements of the interior engine cover. There is none on our TA and need to reconstruct it. If you would be able to take some
pictures and perhaps photoshop the measurements or print, draw and scan, it
would be great.
I hope you are having fun with your truck and that everything goes well.
We have extended collection of vehicles of our club by three CMPs. We bought them recently from Norway (advertised on Milweb) Check this link for pictures from unloading (Czech texts only though) http://www.rotanazdar.cz/index.php?o...mid=66&lang=cs

Best wishes,

Dusan
