Default Any info on this Oz patch?

Found a Jacket from Australia and it has an unusual patch on it. Does anyone have any info on this?

Default Badge

It is a US military discharge badge, commonly called a 'ruptured duck'. The badge was sewn onto uniforms which were worn after discharge from the armed services.
