Default Possible find on Kijiji

Not a rear, but where there is smoke, there's probably a cigar.

Personally I would expect the entire M135 for the price they are asking for on the front axle.

Shame you were not looking for a front axle Robin. I do have a few spares of rebuilt complete M35 front axle assemblies. No rears unfortunately.

If I read the original post correctly, Robin's friend is seeking the axle for a M35 and the Kijiji posts all look to be for M135 axles (to my eyes anyway).

Agreed.

M35 axles are not common in Canada since the bulk of the MLVWs are dismantled and demilled rather than sold. There were some early releases, but not many.

Have you tried prefair surplus in MOntreal? They dismantled a bunch, but hard to say what remains.

The second post for the M135 axles is just as bad as the first. There should be a truck with one more axle attached for that price. Anybody hoping to use the old deuce axles for their dream monster mudder should be aware that the front axle rotates in the opposite direction to the back axle. Unless you use the M135 transfer case, you are going to have issues with the driveline. Please don't ask me how I know this
