Default R.E.L. 6X30 Binoculars - Info on range finder

I am looking for a "how-to" on using the range finder graticule in a pair of 1944 REL 6X30 Binoculars. Any info appreciated - would be nice to see a portion of a manual or pamphlet explaining their use.

Thanks for any and all help.
