Default Airborne Trailer Year of Built

Hi all!

A friend of mine has rebuilt an airborne trailer.
Now the restoration is finished and he tries to get a road license for Austria.
For this he needs a document to verify the year of built.

The data on the plate is:
TRAILER, 10-CWT. 2 WHLD, LIGHT, G.S.
NO 1 MK II O.E.C. CONT. NO. 23/7130
CHASSIS NO OE11659
W.D. NUMBER X5897089

Can anyone help?
