Default three types of shermans

This picture is from Tank Museum (2995/E1). Tanks are identified right from left as a Vc, III and a Ib. (see also Haywards Firefly page 121)

My questions:
1. Does anybody know where and when this picture was taken and to what unit these shermans belonged?
2. If taken in NWE: did Commonwealth-forces field 75mm's on M4A2s with 47degree glacis and large hatches?
3. Last but not least!!! Does anybody have info on Ib's in NWE before 5th Canadian Armoured Division was transfered to Holland?

Thanks in advance
Harold

I'll have a go at one part of your question Harold - I've been modelling British & Commonwealth vehicles for some years now, and found no evidence that 'large-hatch' M4A2s were ever used.
The only large-hatch M4A2s that I have found were five with 76mm turrets and HVSS, one of which is still at Bovington.

The middle tank is then at least interesting. Could this have been a conversion from a 1b to a 75mm tank?

Furthermore the one on the left: it looks like a 105mm but the hull seems to have small hatches. Were there any variants of the 105mm on this type of hull?
