Im assuming its a 134ci F-head 4 cylinder engine from an M38A1.

This site http://www.newenglandboatandmotor.co...gines-for-sale mentions RR Meteor for $10000 - lower powered and not aircraft certified. And here's one that auctioned for GBP 20700 https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/17257/lot/121A/ |

The earlier Jeep Flathead, with it's lowly 60HP was named the go-devil. By moving the intake valves into the head, the same engine gave a whopping 72hp, and was named the Hurricane.

It never occurred to me to think of the airplane. Yes, of course it is the F head, 134ci engine.
Let's see you fly with that! |

There is an ad on miliweb (?) or maybe one of the Dutch military vehicle dealer's pages listing Rolls Royce Centurion engines that were rebuilt just prior to Gulf War 1 in anticipation of heavier usage of the Centurion specialty vehicles. However, the deliveries stretched out over a few more years and these things sat in storage.
