Default Unbelievable guest

Hello

Last week end I was at the 65 th anniversary of the battle of ARDENNES. Near 600 vehicles meet for the final trip and among all GMC, DODGE , JEEP , armoured car there was a wonderfull CHEVROLET C60X with it's original body.
Among the armoured car all from american origin, there was a HETZER with it's original SKODA engine but unahappily I have no pic.

Serge, I was equally surprised to see the C60X as one of the very last vehicles in the convoy that entered Bastogne on Sunday-afternoon. I saw the same C60X earlier this year at the Wings and Wheels show in Belgium....really nice truck!

There were some other extraordinary trucks and vehicles.....what about this Canadian Chevy with US personnel and left hand drive

I was also surprised to see a familiar Belgian licence plate, but attached to a different vehicle compared to Normandy, last June....

Default The canadian CHEVY

Hello ALEX

I had seen the CHEVY in the military camp at the end of the convoy but there was no more light and the truck was leaving the area. Nevertheless I think that this truck was a civilian truck (see the front bumper) coming in EUROPA with the "PLAN MARSHALL". I can to add that the first canadian trucks delivered with this american help had some military parts. I have a friend who owned a FORD F598 with left hand drive military front bumper ( holes for the push bar (protection of radiator)) and also left hand drive. The plates indicated that the truck was build in CANADA. Also some DODGET110 L14 arrived with military front bumper, left hand drive, body type stack and plate forme and also build in CANADA.

Regards Serge
