Default Ford CMP Prefix Code: C11ADF

I obtained a NOS wiring harness hoping that it would be OK for my Cab 12 F8 restoration. The harness has a tag with the code C11ADF on it (see photo). According to my manual, the code for the F8 is C011DF - there is no C11ADF listed - anyone know which vehicle this should belong to?

The wire colours do not match the colour codes on either of the two wiring diagrams that I have for the Cab 12 Ford and the harness has "extra" terminals that I cannot identify.

I have a couple more wiring queries but I'll post those on the restoration forum.

Default C11adf

Hello David,

C11ADF is the code for a wood body Ford station wagon, not even close to your F-8.

Default C11adf

Hi Paul
I should have known - I've seen the C11ADF in the war museum! Now I want to know if anyone has a wiring diagram for the C11ADF so I can work out what goes where - I may still be able to use it.

Hello David, This site may be of some help although it is for the U.S. built version.

Thanks Paul. The diagrams look very good. I tried to e-mail you about the wheel but the e-mail was "delayed" so the bounce back message said? Can I phone you to arrange a collection time? I'll be away as of next Monday for about three weeks.
