Default Mystery optics stowage box

Way too much time on my hands! Sorting through Stuart M3A1 parts but this is not Stuart. Evidently British, 1943, has felt padded areas for two rectangular items that I presume to be prisms or protectoscopes. Made by R C &Co, 1943 with a part number TP 4220. Can anyone ID it?

Default Prism Case

Looks like the Churchill spare prism case. with the holders for the cleaning brush on the front.

Item 46 in the Churchill MK3 stowage dia.

I can confirm it is the 'bin, spare prisms' used in Churchill.

Part no. LV1/VH TP4220.

Thank you Adrian and Jason: a visual ID and a part number ID. Perfect.

It is a real challenge to stump the MLU "Brain Trust". I hope to find a few more items that have puzzled me over the years. ...Brian

When you say ''with a Churchill'', do you mean a real project or just a pile of rust that is roughly Churchill shaped?
