Default boats in norway

Hi. I was asked in the softskin forum to post this photo here. I have severeal photos from the same military exercise showing boats in use if it is of interest.

These are actually Norwegian soldiers. Its from a field exercise in 1951.

The Norwegian army used lots of german equipment after the war such as helmets and rifles.

The army used german equipment at least in 1993 when i did service. We went through check out on german field telephone equipment I remember.

A funny issue from the reports after this exercise was that they used german MRE's, and the report claims that the sigarettes in all of them was stolen during the war

I have som more pics I can post later of the boats being used for getting field canons over a river.
