Default Bypass Valve Bracket

Here is a photo which shows two different bypass valve mounting brackets.
The lower one is the "normal" U.C.MkI* style (TL 7135)
What model carrier does the upper type (TL 14921) come from?
Where does it bolt on?
Does anyone have it in their carrier? (Photo?)

I wondered if it is used in carriers where the oil filter is used?

The observed examples of UC MK-II* using the oil conditioner were fitted with the standard raised bracket, same as found on the MK-I* series, (three models). The base mounting plate that attaches at the transmission bell housing for the MK-I* is drilled to accept the MK-I* fuel tank change over valve, which is redundant on the MK-II*.
