Peter Hommes had some stock of correct water pumps with dual belt pully wheels.

Edit : D'oh, generator pulley, not water pump. My apologies.

The link above has them, but the 4-1/2 dia size. There was a smaller one which allowed for charging while idling. Check yours for the part number cast into it as there are 3 different listed in the parts manual. It will likely be 01W10130 with a letter on the end.

If you could post a couple photos and some dimensions might help to determine the correct one.

Default generator pulley

Niels,
I have NOS pulleys in stock: 01W-10130C (3.5" diameter) or 01W-10130A (4.5" diameter). The smaller one is useful for better charging at low rpms. PM me for details. ... Brian

Hi
Here is a picture of the pulley, the number in it is 79-10130-0 and I measured it to 4" 11/16-ish outside diameter.
I will send you a mail Brian.
and thank you for all your replies.

Part number looks like it ends in a C to me, which matches one of the pulleys listed in the manual as well as what Brian has in stock.

Default pulley update

I have measured my NOS pulleys: the part numbers come from the packaging; the part number is not stamped on the pulleys (whereas the early 79-10130-C pulley has the number clearly stamped). My 01W-10130-A pulley is nominally 4.5" but actually measures 4.75" outer diameter. My 01W-10130-C pulley is nominally a 3.5" pulley (but actually measures 3.6875" OD). Both have partially threaded bore 5/8"-18 tpi. They do not use a keyway. They appear to thread onto the armature and then a castelleated nut keeps it locked.
