Default Muzzle covers?

Gents, can anyone tell me if these to bags at the top of the pic are muzzle covers?, perhaps for rhe 2 pdr, bofers etc?.

They are mop caps, the bag that cleaning mops and pull-throughs are kept in.

Muzzle covers have a strap, not a drawstring.
