Default ID Muzzle Brake

I believe this to be a muzzle brake. Any thoughts on what it might be from? The opening is 4" so perhaps from a 90mm gun. The id numbers cast in to the piece are;

Thanks Rob,

It appears I'm one step closer to owning a M48 tank!
