Default Fuel valve

Hi all,
I am chasing a 2 position fuel valve for my C15A, is there a substitute around or does someone have a spare?

Default Check with heavy truck suppliers

John-

Don't remember the source off the top of my head but the fuel valve you are looking for is virtually identical to some that are commercially available. Try looking on line in heavy truck sources and marine parts. I found one a few years ago that was a dead match for the Chev CMP except for the handle and the length of the shaft. Both of these were easy to modify.

Do you need a picture of the original valve or dimensions?

Cheers Phil

John,
As a last resort, try one out of an OZ Ex-Army Land Rover. These had duel fuel tanks and the tap is between them. It is easy to fit and doesn't look out of place.
