Default Churchill Restoration

News from Alan Cors' Virginia Militatry Vehicle Museum....
The Churchill is the next tank to go in the shop for a complete restoration.
The Curchill had been a runner untilsomething packed up about a year ago....Clutch?

I had the chance to dress as RAC and ride in the Open House parade as a commander a few years ago. (grinning from ear to ear!)

Alan has said several times that we can bring out armour fromt he museum to participate in our reenactments. If we can find some land in the mid-Atlantic area to stage an armour-friendly event maybe next year, we can bring the Churchill out to play.....

Cheers,

BTW, our unit is planning to add the Canadian 17th Hussars as a second impression....We have more and more Canadian vehicles available for taking to the field. Even the C-15 TA!
