Default Ice cleats

Hi All,
Can anyone help me identify these pair of ice cleats I have.
I’m thinking they’re WWII issue by the fact the bindings are leather. I would think by the 1950’s most bindings were web material but that’s just a random guess. They’re made in Montreal so assume they will be Canadian issue but again, not sure.
Any ideas?
Thanks,Derk

Derk.

Albert Rakovsky, and his company were based in Montreal and were well known in the international ski world in the 1930’s for his very innovative designs in skis and ice climbing equipment.

...and just in time for winter, Derk.
I dont have any particular information to offer, other than to also use search terms like: creepers and crampons. Here is a similar looking set (made in Switzerland) dated late 1800s to early 1900s. https://www.nhhistory.org/object/229306/creeper-ice
