Tour of the Juan factory in the Philippines. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21P-0Hzb-RI
The Juan products have a 'hit or miss' reputation in the Jeep community. They need to improve their quality control, a problem that has been going on since the 1960s. So many end purchasers have complained about misaligned holes and other issues. From my own experience, the Juan repro MB chassis spring hanger holes are way out of alignment.

Yes I noticed on my cab 11 C8, the rough hammer marks are still visible on the arch bar/wheel well panels. Somebody on the assembly line has tried to align the holes up with a few blows and some brute force - a big hammer fixes most of these problems.
