Default Dents and screw holes

Probably an old topic but I've no experience with body work. Can any of you guys out there suggest the best way to eliminate the minor dents and bings in my 152? Particularly are the two dents on the hood where it hits the roof top. Screw holes too are present in places I don't want. Truck still has the CF mod on locking the doors with padlocks.

I would like to do this right without too much bondo. Are there metal incompatabilities? Suggestions? Printed material?
