Default Trailer of some sort

could this be some kind of commonwealth trailer? And if so, for what?
Notice that it looks as if it should have doubble rims...

Thanks Hanno

We did take this one with us together with two german A2 trailer since we were not sure. It has the "T" at the back. But has been told it must be some sort of trailer for air compressor of the 50's...
