Harry,

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Obviously a legacy from the earlier marks of the Lynx. The Lynx 11 doesn't make use of those eye bolts. I was fortunate to obtain an original installation manual for the Lynx 11 and have been able to source all the appropriate bits and pieces for my antennas.

I now wonder if the eye bolts on the front bins are a similar legacy from when the sand channels were stored on the front of the Lynx. On the Lynx 11 they were stored on the rear of the radiator armour.
