Ballots mailed/ nominations for Vice presidentt

The Ballots for the Treasures position were mailed out yesterday.
If you do not receive one it is due to you not being a current member, or a glitch in the system.

Please us the self addressed and stamped envelopes.
If they are received any other way they will not be counted.

These are being mailed to Clive Law who has agreed to be an independent Official OMVA Elections Official. I will buy him a beer.. or two after the count as a thank you.

We are also asking for nominations for the Vice Presidents position. I need to receive these via my e-mail address or mailing address with the nominated and seconder. These are both printed in CMP Magazine. Please do not send these to me via the MLU e-mail.

Ballots and nominations must be received before 01 April 2015.
