Default Ford gearbox

Help. We rebuilt the gearbox in my F15A a year ago. All was going well until I can no longer get 3 or 4 gear. I can also get reverse instead of 4th without lifting up the lever on the transmission lever. Can anyone help

Default Has to be....

.... worn selectors on the top of it.

Pull the lid of the gearbox and reset all the shift rods to the initial position, and make sure your gearlever end isn't worn to the point it can jump.

The big danger is you will select two gears at once while on the move and wreck the box, so fix it now....

Thumbs up Good advice from Gordon

Sounds like a problem with selectors, gear stick ball and maybe some excessive end float thrown in for good measure.

Do it now job I afraid as Gordon has succinctly put it
