Default M37 serial number for ownership

What number is used on the ownership for dodge m37...is it the metal tag on passenger side cowl, the frame number or something else

Brian; the S/N is on the data plate located on the glove box door. If you don't have that data plate, its also stamped on the left-side frame rail (see photo for approximate location). It should be an 8 digit number beginning with 914...
