My bet is never officially. The Lynx were retired in the very early 90s. At that time the C5A1 GPMG was still in service. In fact, I was still issued the C5A1 for the top of my carrier until early 1997. I would have prefferred a 50, but there just weren't enough to go around and the battery MRT was not a priority.

There were those who would jury rig the C6 onto the C5/50 cal mounts, but the gun did not lend itself well to being solidly mounted. It was in 97 that we got the new mounts to accept the C6 onto the m113 family.

As to installing a C9 onto the top of armour, the C9 is a squad automatic, and a little light for use on armoured vehicles.

I was on the Lynx up until they were retired. They never had C6 or C9s. They were kitted with 50 Cals and 7.62 GPMG only. It was a bit of a refresher going back to a Recce SQN and all the kit that was as old if not older than I was after being on Leopards for 4 yrs. The M113 APC was equiped with a 50 Cal and no 2nd MG.
