Default Coleman Truck.

Hello.

I'm looking for information about Coleman truck chassis with Quickway crane.

I have seen in another post some pictures about this, but I need pictures in detail, drawings, etc. I have several TM about trucks used by the spanish army but not these models.

Thanks in advance.

Pedro.

Hola Pedro:
go to http://www.oldcmp.net/quickway.html
There you will find at least some detail photos of a survivor in Australia.

It was scrapped, but it did last 60-plus years.

Thanks for the pictures.

I would like to make this model in 1:35 scale but although I have found several pictures in internet I haven't any reference about wide, length, etc., so I need drawings and pictures in detail about the truck (rare model) and the crane.

Well Pedr I'll try to add a location in my profile

I'm from Valencia, Spain

Regards.

Pedro

Default Coleman crane truck

Hello Pedr,

I have some but not all pages from the Technical Manual of this
crane truck, you can send me a mail with your adress and I can post them to you. A scale drawing in 1/76 of the Quickway crane but mounted on the Brockway chassis is (to my best memory) available from Geoff Lacey in Great Britain who runs a drawing service. I cant find his adress right now, but maybe someone else can help with this. I have the TM of the equipment trailer (which carried the attachments like dragline etc.) towed by both the Coleman and Brockway, too.
PS In1/48 you can find a model kit of an Brockway B666 Quickway crane truck released by Angego/ Hart Models, and in 1/35 to my best knowledge from PSP Models.
In 1/76 scale a model kit of the Brockway B666 incl. the trailer
is getting released at some time in the future, a friend has completed the Master.
