Default Another 1-burner stove

How simple: a simple wick burner (kerosene/paraffin, lamp oil) nests inside a cup. There are no markings but the lid is painted olive green paint. The rest of the unit is a partially tarnished tinning. Perhaps military or Boy Scouts? Any thoughts?
