Default MG-1 Cletrac parts

http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=16844

You may recall my MG1 from a few years ago, I have since painted it and displayed at a few events. I would like to finish her off with the factory accessories installed, however like many vehicles mine was striped down and is missing most of these items. I would like to find the windshield, superstructure and other accessories for my MG1. Alternately if someone could provide the dimensions for the windshield and superstructure I would take a crack at reproducing them. If you can help or have leads please pm. Thanks Rick

Needs; Air Compressor, Air system valves, gauges, tank, supports, reels, etc, Power Generator, support, Tool Box, Battery Cover, Front Radiator Screen

Jack, that unit looks to be a decent restoration candidate, nice that you have the windshield. Are there many runners in Australia?

I made the top bows for my MG1 and they're petty simple. The windshield frame would be reproducible too. The air tank is just an oxygen cylinder since the operating pressure is 2500 psi. Mine has almost all of the stuff on it if you want to take measurements.

It's not mine Rick but one that a mate has just located and is negotiating to buy. I'm not to sure how many there would be in Australia, let alone runners.

It could be worthwhile someone contacting Ian S in Temora, he may have some spares after his restoration.

It's a case of someone visiting the property as he has no phone and is not on the internet.

Default Tasmania

I came across one of those in Tasmania years ago. Loggers had been using it and it was left abandoned in the bush until somebody dragged it out of the bush and saved it . What was amazing, it had the framework for the canvas still in situ. Mike
