Wish I'd get to make that sort of training video! What a waste of valuable (now) armour!!

Yes I thought the same thing . There are many of these similar videos on U tube. Today at the library I was watching a wartime training movie made in the US , comparing the German MG34 and 42 with the US .30 light and heavy MG. They set up targets and shot off 50 rounds from each weapon . The results were the slower rate of fire of the .30 guns meant increased accuracy . The movie had overtones of wartime propaganda and I think it was meant to brainwash US soldiers " we have superior weapons " . It was a naive attempt and I dont think it would have convinced many of the trainee soldiers .

The tank target, that is fired at around 26:30, what type is that ? it does not look german, more like an american prototype.
