RCOC supporting

I am looking for info on my uncle that served in the 3rd Can Div Ordnance Field Park. I would like to know which French speaking Regiment or depot he would have been attached to if any? (in QC)

And also, when were they mobilized to active service? and finally, where exactly in Holland was that field unit on June 5 1945? (where he was killed, not the Canadian Cemetery location). Your knowledge is very much appreciated... thanks
