How they putted letters and numbers on during WWII

Peter,

They used stencils and instructions were issued that they were supposed to paint in the 'gaps' created by the stencil, although this was not consistently done.

I dont know how you post pictures, but I have mentioned (along with others) that I can't open your pictures. Do you think it would be a good idea to respond to us, before doing the same thing again.

Looks like Peter has put a link to a pic which you can only see if you are logged into that particular forum.

Yes, Peter has done it HERE, HERE, and again HERE where he was told of the issue by others and how to avoid the problem. Peter obviously got the message because he edited the post to correct the link, but now he's gone and done it again!
