Default LP2A Carrier in the USA

Hello All,

I have a South Australia Railways LP2A #2595. I am located in Northern Nevada USA. It is pretty well cut up but the tracks and wheels are all there. I really need measurements, drawings, diagrams, detailed pictures and any other help to get started.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Best Wishes,

Mike

Hello Michael and, WOW! That little LP2A is certainly a long way from home!

Lots of chaps on here familiar with them, so you will be in good hands!

Have fun with it!

Hi Mike,

I have a LP2A # 2674 that was also in the US, there seems to be a couple of them, over there.
I will e-mail you some info, if you like.

Hi Michael I also have a carrier from South Australia Railways LP2A 4415 under restoration. Do you know any history about your carrier how it came to the U.S.A and if possible post a photo of it.
Regards Rick
