Default carrier brackets

hello all, can any one identify these brackets, they are 15" long with a wing nut at one end, and marked ctl-14353 b2, thanks mel.

Hi Melvin,
you should have 4 i think, definiatly 2. they are for securing the chore horse gen set in the rear passenger side of a MK2 carrier. one bolts to the track guard the other bolts to the tool box lid. i think i have one behind the bulk head on the drivers side bolted to the track guard as well.

Does anyone have a picture that they could post showing this bracket in use?

Mel, Here is the bracket shaun talks about on th rear track guard behind the driver, dont have a pic of the other brackets location. Another pic of the same bracket.

As there appears to be a discrepency, is it the left rear or right rear?
My MkIIIw Armoured O.P. should carry a gen set on the left rear. Is this the same setup?

lynn, The bracket picture is the right rear behind the driver, this is a pic of Malcolm Calley's carrier in Nigel Watson vol 3 book.
